INTRODUCTION OF SERVICE
- Merchant creates an user account on the FIMA Pay website and, once the company information is checked and verified, choose one or more crypto payment options. The FIMA Pay service for crypto payments is available to online retailers as well as physical retail stores, restaurants, cafes, etc.
- When accepting a payment in cryptocurrency, the amount will be displayed to the merchant both in the fiat currency (HRK or EUR) and in the selected cryptocurrency. The cryptocurrency amount is calculated according to the FIMA Plus exchange rate valid at the moment of payment.
- FIMA Plus guarantees to the merchant the exchange rate as displayed at the moment of starting the payment, reduced by a percentage (FIMA Plus’ fee) as agreed between FIMA Plus and merchant in the Cryptocurrency Exchange Contract.
- Merchant settlement is done in HRK or EUR.
SIGN-UP PROCEDURE FOR MERCHANTS
- Create your merchant account via registration form.
- Complete the KYC procedure.
- Upon approving your application, we will activate your merchant account and provide the instructions for processing crypto payments.
